Refund Policy for BrownStyle Home and Apparel:

At BrownStyle Home and Apparel, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues: 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

We offer refunds on eligible items within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all refund requests.

Initiating a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@iambrownstyle.com. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Processing Time:

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.

Upon approval, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.

Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing time. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Exclusions:

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including personalized or customized products, gift cards, and final sale items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns that do not meet our return criteria may be subject to a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
